What Account Plan is Right for Me?

Insignia Futures & Options offers Self-Directed, Traders Advantage and Managed Futures Account Plans. Our Self-Directed account plan is designed for experienced traders who posses a full understanding of the commodity futures markets and require no assistance with their trading. New and unexperienced traders alike will find our Full-Service account plan invaluable. You will work one-on-one with a professional, experienced futures broker who will provide you with market education and help custom tailor a trading plan to accommodate your needs and goals. Our Managed Futures account plan is very similar to a mutual funds and is best suited for the investor who would like to participate in the commodity futures markets but doesn't not have the time or desire to perform all the necessary research and trade tracking themselves. How Can I Open an Account?

Simply complete our paper-less, electronic account forms online, download our account forms to your computer for printing or request our New Futures Account package be mailed to you. Once we receive your new account forms and initial account deposit, your account will be processed and activated. Accounts can be ready to trade within 24 hours of receipt of your account funds when sent via bank wire transfer. Personal checks, money orders and bank checks are also acceptable forms of funding your account and are subject to normal clearing time. What Is The Minimum Deposit To Open An Account?

Our minimum initial account funding requirement is only $2,000.00. Once your account has been opened and funded, you do not need to maintain this amount.

How Are My Account Funds Protected?

What Types of Accounts Can I Open?

You can choose to open an Individual, Joint, IRA, Corporate, Partnership, Trust, Foreign, or Hedge account. All accounts types are available under our Self-Directed - Discount plan, Full-Service plan and Managed Futures Account Plan.

Can I Transfer My Existing Trading Account to Insignia Futures & Options?

Yes! Most of our clients come to our firm from other brokers. In your new account documentation, you will receive a Transfer Authorization form along with detailed instructions. Simply complete the transfer form and submit it along with your new account application. Once your application and Transfer Authorization are received, we will contact your current futures broker to have all current open positions and cash balances transferred to our firm.
