Change Password Tutorial

The Change Password screen allows you to change your account password. When your account is first activated, you will be provided with a temporary password. It is highly recommended that you change this password immediately upon logging into your account for the first time. When you choose Change Password from the Customize menu, you will be presented with the following screen...

Simply enter the provided temporary password in the Old Password field or current password you wish to change and then your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Click the 'Submit' button to make the change take effect.

You may change your password as often as you like. When creating a password, it is suggested to use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Passwords are case sensitive.

Your password will only be known by you. If you forget or lose your password, please contact client support for further assistance.
