This menu bar represents the same menu bar found when you're logged into our Account & Trading platform.
To view the details of each section, please select/click the desired menu choice.

Charts Tutorial

Clicking the Charts menu will bring up the following screen.

Simply click the 'Launch' button to start the Intra-day Charts applet. Once the chart appears, enter the symbol of the contract you wish to chart. Additional detailed information is available by selecting the 'Help' menu from the charting menus.

Important: To view the chart of a commodity that has both a pit traded session and an electronically traded session, an '@' sign is used to designate the electronic session in front of the contract symbol. For example, the pit traded symbol for Mar'09 Corn is C9H. To view the electronically traded eCBOT Mar'09 Corn chart, enter the symbol as @C9H.

Please note: The chart will appear in a new window but the launch screen/window must remain opened to keep the chart screen active. You can minimize the launch screen/window without effecting the chart screen. Our platform allows for multiple windows to be opened when logged in. To open another window within the trading & account platform, go to the 'File' menu of your browser application and choose New -- >Window or press the 'Ctrl' key and the 'N' key simultaneously to open a new window.
