Online Account & Trading Technical Support

If you are experiencing any technical problems with our online platform such as page or server errors, charts or order platform won't launch or login problems, please follow these simple instructions. If you need further assistance, please call 866-892-2030 for client support.

Please note: The latest JAVA software is needed to access our online Account & Trading platform. To download and/or verify you have the latest JAVA update running on your computer, visit Java.com.

Our IFO Trading Platform requires a minimum screen resolution setting of 1024 x 768


Solution #1: Reset Your Internet Browsers Setting

Internet Explorer is the recommended and preferred web browser to use for our online account and trading platform. You can download Microsoft's Internet Explorer for free from their web site at www.microsoft.com.

Follow these simple steps to set your browsers preferences to work securely with our online platform...

1) With Internet Explorer running, choose the 'Tools' menu from the top left of the window and then choose the 'Internet Options...' selection.

2) The following small 'Internet Options' window appears, click on the 'Settings' button from the 'Temporary Internet Files' section located in the middle of the window.

3) A new smaller window will open as shown below. Check the "Every visit to the page" choice under the 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:'. Then click 'OK' to close the window.

4) Again on the 'Internet Options' window, click the 'Clear History' button towards the bottom and then click 'Yes' in the confirmation window that pops up.

5) Next to the 'Clear History' button is the dialog, "Days to keep pages in history:". Set this figure to 0 (zero) or 1 (one).

6) Click 'Apply' and then 'OK' at the bottom of the window.

7) Exit Internet Explorer and then launch it again to log in to your account. It should now be updating correctly.


Solution #2: Enable and Clear Cookies

Our online trading & account system needs to communicate with your computer via cookies to operate properly. You must have your internet browser configured to accept cookies with a maximum privacy setting of medium .

To enable cookies, follow these simple steps...

1) With Internet Explorer running, choose the 'Tools' menu from the top left of the window and then choose the 'Internet Options...' selection.

2) The following small 'Internet Options' window appears, click on the 'Privacy' tab from along the top of the window.

3) The following window will appear

 

4) Verify that your privacy setting is set at ' Medium ' or less. If it is not, move the slider bar down to the appropriate setting. If your privacy setting is already set to 'Medium' or lower, than skip to "Clearing/Resetting Cookies" below.

5) Click "Apply" and then click "OK" to close the window.

Clearing / Resetting Cookies: You may need to clear and reset your cookies files that your browser has stored in it's memory.

To clear and reset your cookies files, follow these steps on the "Internet Options" General tab

1) Click on the "Delete Cookies..." button and then click the "Ok" button that appears next for confirmation.

2) Click on the "Delete Files..." button and then click the "Ok" button that appears next for confirmation.

3) Click "Ok" on the "Internet Options" window button to close the window.

4) Close all opened Internet Explorer windows to fully exit out of the program. Re-open Internet Explorer and log into your account as normal.


Solution #3: Update Your Computers Operating System

Our system is designed to run on the following computer operating systems: Windows 95 through Windows XP and MacOS version 9 through version X. It requires the latest operating system updates to run properly, securely and efficiently.

Windows users, please go to Microsoft's web site at www.microsoft.com and select on the 'Windows Update' link under the Resources menu along the left side of the page. This process will automatically check your computer for the latest updates required and will give you the opportunity to update your computer, free of charge. Simply follow the on-screen steps presented. We suggest restarting your computer have you have finished your system update.

Apple Macintosh users , please go to Apple's support web site at www.info.apple.com. From the 'Select Your Product' section, choose your computers operating system and follow the instruction for downloading the latest updates. After downloading the suggested update(s) to your computer. Follow the provided instruction to install them. We suggest restarting your computer after you have finished your system update.
